      We will manage any remodel job, large or small.

Terms & Conditions:
  • ABM Cabinets, LLC will supply a remodel plan for the job.
  • ABM Cabinets, LLC will supply a list of qualified subcontractors.
  • Homeowners are allowed to use their own subcontractors.
  • ABM Cabinets will get as many estimates as needed to help the homeowner decide.
  • ABM Cabinets, LLC will manage all subcontractors and make sure jobs are done promptly and correctly.
  • All checks for subcontractors will be written directly from the homeowner.
  • ABM Cabinets, LLC will advise homeowners in design and pricing.
  • ABM Cabinets, LLC will meet and instruct all subcontractors.
  • All warranties will go directly to the homeowner.
  • ABM Cabinets, LLC has the right to refuse to work with any subcontractor that they feel would not benifit the good of the homeowner.

Fee
  • Homeowner will pay for all time and material for work done (demolition, framing, trim, cleanup, etc.) excluding any cabinet work.
  • Homeowner will pay a pre-negotiated management fee for the entire job.
